Out of curiosity, I
looked back through old newspaper headlines coinciding with certain events
logged on this blog.
I found this. The
article, summarised: a man was found dead in an alley, lying in a river of his
own blood. The DNA confirmed that both the blood and ‘other substances’
belonged to him, but they have yet to put a name to the victim. There was a
great deal of blood on his face.
Nosebleed. If he wasn’t
Scarlet-marked to begin with, I’m sure he became one of us before he died.
